Sales are the heart of every business and here at Equine Careers we understand the need for a polished performance from initial greeting through to after sales care and ongoing customer service.
We are proud to offer a Sales Training Course, where delegates can hone their skills, improving their knowledge, techniques & ultimately their confidence to sell.
Our course is perfect for any member of staff from telesales to retail assistants or even travelling sales staff.

Our Sales Training Course covers such topics such as...
• First Impressions
• The stages of sales
• Handling objections
• Add ons and up sell
• Achieving Targets

• Sales Management
• Motivating a sales team
• Negotiating Skills

We encourage delegates to feel relaxed during the day to ensure they ask questions and participate fully to gain the most out of the day. We aim for attendants to leave feeling motivated, focused and more confident in the role they play within their organisation.

We run regular Sales Courses and places are awarded on a strictly first come first served basis, with places limited to 15 per day.

The Sales Training Course cost £250 per delegate for a 1 day course.

• Job Application & Interview Techniques, including CV preparation (£99 per person, 1 day course)

All courses are held in Buckinghamshire, and prices are inclusive of all refreshments, lunch and course material.
